Tamara Kiss

Tamara predominantly offers advice in contract management within the energy sector, including subsea installations, cable production, offshore installations and supplier contracts. She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, contract management, support with change orders, project control throughout the entire contract duration, final settlement and subsequent claims handling.

In past years, she has worked on projects as part of the clients’ organization, as well as external legal advisor. Through this experience she has in-depth knowledge of the customers’ challenges and expectations.

Tamara has background from an international law firm in Budapest, Hungary. There she mainly worked with contract law, energy law, corporate and M & A, labour law, property law and due diligences.
